Raelynn Kelly ships to nearly every country worldwide, so if you need kits, parts, and accessories, we're here for you!

Please note that for international shipping, it is the customer's responsibility to be aware of your country's taxes, duties, fees, or other charges at the time your package/order arrives.

We are not responsible for any duties, fees, taxes, or brokerage fees, so please be aware of any such fees or taxes before placing your order.

Shipping to FPO/APO Military Addresses

At Raelynn Kelly, we are grateful to the soldiers who have given their lives for our freedom, and we are honored to ship to any APO/FPO address.

For military orders of this nature, the only shipping method available is USPS Mail. If you select Free Economy Shipping of $100.00 or more, please be aware that some orders (due to bulk/size/weight) may not qualify for Free Economy Shipping, as USPS Mail is the only option.

If this is the case, our Customer Service Team will contact you with alternative options. Additional shipping charges may apply, but we will certainly do our best to help in any way possible in this case.

I am a local customer or will be in your area soon – can I pick up my order?

We offer local pick up for local customers at our store located at 7815 Melrose Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90046, you can select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout.

For all local pick ups, our staff needs ample time to process your order and ship it. When placing an order for same day pick up, please note that the order must be placed before 1:00 PM EST for same day pick up - after this time you will need to call our staff to confirm your order is available.

Please note that orders placed with us for local store pick up may be subject to the same fraud verification process as regular online orders, which may result in a delay in shipping. In addition, we require all customers picking up prepaid online orders to present a valid ID and to present the credit card you used when paying by credit card.

I am shipping to an APO / FPO military address - do I qualify for free shipping?

If your order is over $100.00 and contains items that qualify for free shipping, we can ship it with free economy shipping. However, please note that bulk orders or large/heavy items are usually shipped via UPS Ground and may not be eligible for free shipping as military addresses only accept USPS.

In the above case, our customer service team will contact you if a similar issue arises. If additional shipping costs are required based on USPS postal shipping requirements, our team will provide you with all necessary options to quickly resolve this issue.

Are international customers eligible for free shipping?

Sorry - due to the higher shipping costs for international shipments, we unfortunately cannot offer free shipping on international orders.

I live abroad but will be shipping within the United States - can my order be shipped to an alternative US address?

Yes - we are more than happy to ship your order to an alternative destination of your choice based on your local destination within the United States. In this case, please enter your chosen shipping address during the checkout stage, but please note that a higher level of fraud verification may be required due to your order using an alternative shipping address.

For any orders shipped to other addresses (such as hotels or businesses), please be sure to double-check the address and ensure all information is correct to avoid returns. In addition, please ensure that the recipient, hotel or business is aware that the package has been shipped and that a signature option may be required upon delivery.
