We sincerely appreciate your purchase and will do everything we can to assist you if an issue arises.
For any warranty related matters, please refer to the information below to help understand our warranty policies as they are absolutely valid for any product purchased through Raelynn Kelly.
Warranty Periods
Each manufacturer has its own designated warranty period for products purchased through Raelynn Kelly, and Raelynn Kelly reserves the sole right to direct customers to the manufacturer for specified warranty support for manufacturers that require direct level warranty support.
Our stated 30-day return policy applies directly to the return of new, unused products for a refund or store credit and does not apply directly to warranty related situations for defective products. Defective, damaged or problematic items will be handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the manufacturer warranty period and will be detailed below based on the available warranty options. Team will do its best to provide you with all possible warranty support, but please be aware that warranty support for the product you purchased may be handled directly through the manufacturer, not through HeliDirect, regardless of the date of purchase.
If your product requires direct manufacturer support, we can still help. We ask that customers contact the manufacturer first for warranty support, but if the manufacturer does not respond within (5) business days, Raelynn Kelly will step in on your behalf to provide you with manufacturer support through our channels.
In the above situations, Raelynn Kelly will make every effort to ensure that the manufacturer assists you directly, but please be aware that all warranty related issues with this type of issue will still be handled through the manufacturer.
Warranty Related Issues
Please note that Raelynn Kelly is not a warranty repair center, and we do not warrant many of the products we resell. Products purchased through Raelynn Kelly are subject to the original supplier's repair/replacement warranty policy and timelines, and will be referred to the manufacturer at our sole discretion. Raelynn Kelly assumes no responsibility and/or liability for any manufacturing defects or damage resulting from use/misuse of the purchased product. In addition, Raelynn Kelly will not be responsible for incidental damage to the product due to manufacturer failure or defect. All such issues will be handled by the manufacturer. If your product is found to be faulty or defective after installation or use, your product may be repaired under warranty through the original manufacturer regardless of the date of purchase. Damage Due to Failure of an Incidental Product
For damage caused as a direct result of a failed product installed with another product, we are happy to provide warranty support for the specific product that failed, but please note that we are not responsible for incidental damage to other items or components that are damaged as a result of the failure of the specific product. Warranty Returns If your product return is approved by our Customer Service staff and we will process it directly, please note the following information regarding all such approved warranty items sent to Raelynn Kelly. - Any item approved for return to Raelynn Kelly will be inspected and/or tested to verify the information noted by the customer regarding the defect, failure or damage. - Due to the testing, repair and other aspects of the return process, please note that any such approved returns can take (2) to (5) business days to be properly processed. - If our return specialists determine that the product approved for return is defective, we will repair, exchange, credit or refund it at our discretion. - If a warranty issue arises after the item has been used, Raelynn Kelly may choose to repair it rather than exchange it. - If the returned product is found to be non-defective, we will return the product to the customer in the condition in which it was received. Our staff will contact the customer with the necessary information to inform the customer of the possible problem and how to use the product effectively. - We will not provide refunds, store credits or exchanges for returned products that are tested to be non-defective, as the products received cannot be sold as new and unused products.
