Return and Exchange Policy FAQ

How do I return?
Visit our Returns Center
Enter your order number and email address to get started
Follow the instructions to select the item you want to return
Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions
What items can be returned?
Within 30 days from date of purchase
Unused and resalable
Original packaging with all tags intact
If your return qualifies for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your return.
Opened electronic products can only be exchanged for the same item.
What items are not refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
Gift Cards
Clearance Items
Open Box Items (If deemed acceptable, a 10-15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Opened Electronics can only be exchanged for the same item and are not refundable.
The item I received was damaged!
If the item you purchased is defective, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Can the item be exchanged?
We support exchanging purchased items for alternative styles. Once the exchange request is approved, we will ship the replacement item to you.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
Refund to original payment method
Refund to store credit (if applicable)
How do I ship these items back?
For instructions on how to ship your return, please refer to the email you received after making a return request.
How soon can I expect to receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email. You will also be notified whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, your refund request will be issued 5-7 days after approval. business days.
